Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Photoshop and video editing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in creating impactful visual content and short-form videos for digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality designs that drive engagement and align with brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and advertisements.
• Edit and produce short-form videos (e.g., reels, ads, promos) optimized for social media and digital platforms.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and content teams to bring creative ideas to life through both static and motion content.
• Adapt and optimize designs and videos for various formats and devices while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Stay updated on design, video, and social media trends to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for design and image editing.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience in creating social media content, marketing collateral, and brand assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects preferred).
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools for quick adaptations.
• Familiarity with branding and campaign development.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing or creative for ads.
