Senior Graphic Designer

The role involves various responsibilities in both technical and operational aspects: Technical: - Designing B2B printing and creative convert orders. - Coordinating with vendors for various types of printing. - Creating graphic artworks based on customer requirements. - Designing social media posts and videos in collaboration with the marketing department. - Developing and updating product mock-ups as needed. - Designing website banners and category banners. - Handling corporate bulk orders, ensuring approval from management. - Creating new products such as journals, planners, notebook/diary covers, etc. Operations: - Maintaining records of all design and printing orders, including dates and quantities. - Organizing database related to graphic designing in the system. - Ensuring orders are completed according to customer preferences. - Updating necessary software for designing and monitoring system requirements. - Obtaining management approval before commencing any graphic design work. - Providing design reports of vendors and clients to management as needed. - Verifying vendors" bills when necessary. Skills/Knowledge (Non-Technical): - Proficient computer skills. - Strong management abilities. - Excellent graphic designing skills. - Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The applicant is expected to be an immediate joiner. The work location is in person.,
