Over the past seven years, the brand has evolved from a premium innerwear label to a comprehensive elevated basics company, offering a diverse product portfolio that includes innerwear, comfort wear, loungewear, activewear, and winter wear

Purpose of this Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking creative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, innovation, and storytelling through visuals. You will play a key role in shaping the brand s visual identity across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead conceptual development and execution of creatives to build brand awareness.

Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital and print media.

Create/source sketches, illustrations, and artwork aligned with brand aesthetics.

Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and deliver impactful designs.

Present and defend design concepts to peers and senior stakeholders.

Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Work iteratively, incorporating feedback and maintaining organized workflows.

Integrate AI-generated elements into design formats across channels.

Experiment with GenAI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney, D-ID) to enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills

4 5 years of experience in graphic design.

Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital advertising, e-marketing designs.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Premiere and After Effects.

Artistic flair and a passion for creativity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
