Senior Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Review client briefs and translate them into actionable design tasks.
• Assign and oversee work of junior designers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and creatives for digital, print, and branding projects.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaigns.
• Monitor project timelines, resolve design bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to the design team.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team innovative.
• Review and approve final outputs before client delivery.
• Maintain clear communication between clients, internal teams, and management.
• Mentor and train junior designers, helping them grow their creative and technical skills.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-6 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or team lead role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital campaigns, and marketing creatives.
• Proven experience managing design projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery.
• Comfortable coordinating directly with clients, presenting ideas, and handling feedback.
• Skilled at leading and mentoring a design team while maintaining high creative standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for smooth collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends, digital marketing practices, and brand identity development.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
