Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in AI tools and concept hand sketching to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and the ability to create photographs, illustrations, and other assets using AI technologies. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing visual concepts that align with our clients’ branding strategies.

Responsibilities:

·        Develop creative and innovative design concepts for packaging, branding materials, and digital assets.

·        Utilize AI tools to create photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.

·        Create concept hand sketches to explore and communicate initial design ideas.

·        Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.

·        Create mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visuals to present ideas effectively.

·        Ensure consistency of brand and design standards across all projects.

·        Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design capabilities.

·        Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

·        Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with 4-5 years.

·        Expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

·        Proficiency in using AI tools to create photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.

·        Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions across various media.

·        Experience with concept hand sketching to explore initial design ideas.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
