Account and Admin Executive

As an Accounts & Admin Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring effective communication with clients and vendors, and overseeing office administration. Your strong accounting knowledge, communication skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities professionally will be key to your success in this role. - Prepare and maintain estimations, invoices, and accounting records in Zoho Books. - Ensure accurate and timely entry of all financial transactions. - Handle client and vendor follow-ups with patience and professionalism. - Support management with financial reports and updates. - Supervise office assistant and housekeeping staff to maintain smooth office operations. - Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure proper office management. - Communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken & written). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with Zoho Books (or willingness to learn). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good management and organizational abilities. - Patience and adaptability in handling clients, vendors, and team members.
