About the team: You will be joining the AI Platform Team, aiming to drive significant transformation within the AI organization. As a highly motivated and experienced SRE and customer support engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting the AI Platform and its services, which offer machine learning infrastructure to researchers and data scientists worldwide. Your responsibilities will include staying updated with the latest technology developments, implementing DevOps practices, and providing customer support. Key Responsibilities: - Support the next generation AI architecture for various research and engineering teams - Collaborate with vendors and the infrastructure engineering team to ensure security and service availability - Resolve production issues, including performance and functional problems, in coordination with engineering teams, researchers, and data scientists - Diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical issues - Conduct customer training and generate reports on customer problems - Drive customer service enhancements and suggest product improvements - Create support documentation - Design and implement zero-downtime monitoring for a highly available service (99.999%) - Identify opportunities for automation to prevent issues and improve problem management processes - Define operational excellence standards for engineering maturity - Collaborate with AI platform developers to establish the CI/CD model for automatic deployment and configuration of the production system - Establish and adhere to operational standard processes for tools and automation development, including style guides, versioning practices, and source control Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in designing, building, refactoring, and releasing software using Go programming - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes plugin/operator/CRD development - Experience with KubeRay and K8S machine learning projects like KubeFlow is advantageous - Familiarity with Kubernetes scheduler is a plus - Strong debugging and triaging skills - Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux fundamentals - Understanding of DevOps practices and continuous testing - Experience with DevOps pipeline and automations, including app deployment/configuration and performance monitoring - Proficiency in test automations and Jenkins CI/CD - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with partners, customers, and engineering teams - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Good oral, reading, and writing English skills Additional Company Details: - Flexible working options including remote, office-based, or flexible arrangements - Competitive salary and compensation package - Opportunities for personalized career growth and professional development - Access to mentorship programs, tech talks, trainings, and centers of excellence - Active tech communities promoting knowledge sharing - Education reimbursement - Memorable anniversary presents - Corporate events, team buildings, and location-specific benefits,
