About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  planning, execution, and monitoring

  of drone survey projects.
• Coordinate with

  field teams, vendors, and clients

  to ensure timely operations.
• Maintain

  project records, documentation, and daily progress reports

  .
• Help track and manage

  team expenses

  and ensure reporting to management.
• Flag process issues and suggest

  operational improvements

  .

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years of experience

  in operations or field coordination (freshers welcome).
• Excellent

  communication & coordination skills

  .
• Strong

  organizational skills

  and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of

  MS Excel and documentation tools

  .

Expert in GIS And Remote Sensing Softwares:

• ESRI ArcGIS Suite

  (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server)

• QGIS

  (Open-source alternative, plugins)

• Global Mapper

• AutoCAD / Civil 3D

  (for GIS-CAD integration)

• DGPS / GNSS Survey Tools

  (Trimble, Leica, Topcon)

• Total Station

  data handling

• Drone Survey Processing Software

  :

• Pix4D

• Agisoft Metashape

• DJI Terra

• Satellite imagery analysis (Sentinel, Landsat, PlanetScope, WorldView, etc.)

• LiDAR data processing (LAStools, TerraScan, ArcGIS LiDAR toolset)

• Hyperspectral/Multi-spectral image analysis
