Job Description

As a Senior GM - Warehouse at our Manufacturing units, you will be reporting to the Plant Head and focusing on Warehouse and Logistics areas in the Supply Chain function at the plant. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage 200,000 sqft of space with 120Meu of inventory across 22,000 pallet positions including ASRS, AMRs, VNAs, and other MHE equipment. - Oversee end-to-end operations of the warehouse including dock management, receiving, putaway, issuance to the line, cycle counting, and movement of finished goods. - Implement digital solutions to automate operations for a high degree of service level. - Lead Continuous Improvement activities for space and process efficiencies. - Develop future leaders in the warehouse and build a talent pipeline. - Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained at 99.8% or above. - Plan strategically and tactically, including workforce management for 180 employees. - Enhance culture through SPS cards and the Schneider performance system. - Improve material flow and handling efficiencies using Industrial engineering techniques/processes. - Establish the warehouse as a center of excellence and a benchmark for other sites. - Manage 3 shift operations and drive cost improvement actions for increased productivity. **Qualifications:** - 12 years of experience in Warehouse and Supply Chain Logistics function. - Experience in Execution management in Manufacturing supply chain, preferably International trade. - Basic ERP knowledge, preferably in SAP. - Ability to read, write, and speak English, and understand/speak in the local language. - B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production, preferably PG Diploma in Logistics Management/Materials Management.
