Key Responsibilities

Lead the functional design and implementation of
SAP Customer Service (CS)
processes including service order management, warranty handling, internal repairs, and preventive/scheduled services.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP CS solutions.
Configure and optimize SAP CS functionalities ensuring seamless integration with
SD, MM, and FI
modules.
Provide expert support during system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and hypercare periods.
Analyze gaps, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert for resolving complex issues related to service management.
Lead functional teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience
in SAP Customer Service (CS) with deep functional knowledge of service orders, warranties, repairs, and maintenance processes.
Strong configuration experience and understanding of integrations with
SD, MM, and FI
modules.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SAP CS module certification
is highly preferred.
