Senior Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for developing ERP solutions using the MERN stack with TypeScript. Your role will involve translating business requirements into scalable systems, designing system architecture, collaborating with product and operations teams, building integrations, and maintaining high code quality and standards. Additionally, you will research and propose improvements in system design and workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Develop ERP modules and features using MERN stack with TypeScript. - Break down unstructured requirements into technical solutions. - Design scalable and secure system architecture. - Collaborate with product and operations teams for smooth delivery. - Build integrations with APIs and automation tools. - Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation. - Research and propose improvements in system design and workflows. Qualifications: - 5+ years of full-stack development experience with MERN. - Strong expertise in React and TypeScript. - Experience with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs. - Ability to solve complex business problems through technology. - Familiarity with ERP platforms (Odoo, SAP, or custom) is a plus. - Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD) is an advantage. - Strong debugging and optimization skills. - Effective communicator and team collaborator.
