Qualifications Required: - Backend Development: Java, Spring Boot, REST/API design. - Frontend Development: React/Angular/Other UI Library/Framework. - Databases: SQL Server, Oracle. - Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift. - Observability & Debugging: Elastic, Kibana. - DevOps & CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins. - Agile Practices: Scrum/Kanban, iterative development.
