Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Engineer at AT Dawn Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end web features across React front-end and Node.js/Java Spring Boot back-end services. Your responsibilities will include creating RESTful and GraphQL APIs that integrate relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring security, scalability, and high uptime. You will be tasked with building responsive UI components, managing state, and automating unit/integration tests to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences. Improving application performance through profiling, caching, and setting up automated CI/CD pipelines to shorten release cycles will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration is at the heart of our work culture, and you will work closely with Product, UX, and DevOps teams to translate business goals into technical solutions and release plans. You will champion coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and mentor junior developers within agile ceremonies. To excel in this role, you must possess 4-8 years of full-stack experience with React and Node.js or Java Spring Boot. Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks is essential. A deep understanding of RESTful principles, JSON, JWT/OAuth2 authentication, and web security best practices is required. Advanced SQL skills with MySQL/PostgreSQL and exposure to MongoDB or similar NoSQL stores are crucial for this position. Hands-on experience with Git workflows, Jenkins/GitHub Actions pipelines, and containerization using Docker is a must. The ability to work on-site in Bangalore and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment is also a key requirement. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of GraphQL, Redux Toolkit, or Next.js for server-side rendering. Experience with AWS or Azure services such as ECS, Lambda, or App Service would be beneficial. Familiarity with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and observability stacks like Prometheus/Grafana is a plus. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred for this position.
