Senior Frontend Engineer (React, Next, TypeScript) - B2C SaaS

We don't have a frontend team. We have one senior frontend engineer who orchestrates multiple AI agents, enables designers to push React components, teaches PMs to prototype in TypeScript, and ships to 100,000+ creators daily.

You'll be that engineer.

You'll build and maintain agentic workflows that multiply your output by 10x. You'll architect systems that let non-engineers contribute safely. You'll review code from humans and AI agents. You'll solve complex problems only you can solve while directing AI agents to handle everything else in parallel.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Non-negotiables:

• 5-10 years with DEEP React mastery (reconciliation, context, renders—not just hooks)
• Real Next.js production experience with SSR/ISR at scale
• TypeScript fluency and excitement about agentic workflows
• Experience deploying Next.js outside Vercel (or willingness to learn fast)
• Portfolio showing B2C products with 50K+ active users
• Comfortable orchestrating multiple AI tools/agents simultaneously
• Based in Bangalore, 30-minute commute to Koramangala, ready to start within 30 days

Technical expectations:

• Architect React apps handling 100K+ concurrent users
• Deep understanding of React's render cycle and Next.js SSR/ISR/CSR trade-offs
• Optimized Lighthouse scores on real production apps
• Experience with AI code generation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0)
• See AI as workforce multiplication, not a threat
