Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer . The ideal candidate will have experience in Flutter, Firebase, Node.js, MongoDB, and Python, along with additional skills in AWS and Shopify. This role involves managing a development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, guiding them through the development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Create dynamic, responsive frontend applications using Flutter and ensure smooth user experiences across platforms.
• Integrate and manage cloud-based services, including Firebase for real-time data storage, authentication, and notifications.
• Work with AWS for server management, deployments, and cloud architecture.
• Implement testing and quality assurance processes to ensure robust application performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in problem-solving and skill development.

Required Skills:

• Frontend Development: Flutter, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Angular a plus).
• Backend Development: Node.js, react.js, Express.js, Python (Basic level).
• Databases: MongoDB, Firebase (Fire store/Realtime Database).
• Cloud Services: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Firebase (Hosting, Authentication, Functions).
• E-commerce: Experience with Shopify API, plugins, and customization.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Industry - Chemical Manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
