Qualification Required: - Education and Experience: You should possess 5-10 years of post-qualification experience (CWA/CMA) in core Accounting, including tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, month-end closures, annual closures, variance analysis, stakeholder management, and GL management. Alternatively, 7-12 years of experience for CA (Inter) / MBA finance in similar core Accounting functions. - Strong eye for numbers, ability to analyze financial data meticulously, and drill down into figures to identify potential reasons for variations. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels. - Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to see the bigger picture. - Proactive and independent work approach, with the capability to conduct research, analyze data, and solve complex problems. - Effective prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills to manage competing demands. - Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and deliver accurate results within specified time frames.,
