Senior Financial Analyst

As a candidate for this position, your responsibilities will include: - Liaising with global Finance, Operations, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for strategic planning and performance measurement - Facilitating internal alignment with continued scalability and efficiency by aligning account level margin assumptions and supporting interlock with Operations and other key stakeholders - Contributing to the monthly forecast processes, annual budgeting, long-term planning, and strategic planning processes with an Operations Finance focus - Working closely with global Operations and Finance to gain an understanding of margin impacts at an account and program level and driving recommendations for remediation - Collaborating with the Finance team on data analytics projects and reporting requirements as needed, including Salesforce and Workday ERP projects - Preparing, reviewing, and updating client pricing models and proposals as needed - Assisting with expense planning, reporting, and analysis of initiatives - Collecting and disseminating information by leveraging data warehouse and business intelligence tools - Preparing analysis and presentation materials for leadership meetings - Taking ownership of enhancements and improvements to Finance, Operations, and Commercial processes Your qualifications for this role should include: - 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and/or business analysis - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or other productivity tools such as Microsoft Office - Proficient knowledge of Workday/Adaptive Insights or other large ERP/Planning systems is considered an asset - Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Sisense, Google Data Studios, Tableau, or PowerBI will be advantageous for your application Please note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
