As a detail-oriented and analytically strong Senior Analyst in the FP&A team at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving reporting excellence, ensuring financial discipline, and contributing to building and optimizing FP&A systems. You will have visibility across the CFO office and multiple business units, making this role well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Month-End Closing Support:** Assist in month-end activities, including reviewing accruals and preparing monthly reports for the MNO partner. - **Management & Investor Reporting:** Own and deliver high-quality monthly management reporting packs, dashboards, and scenario planning specific to non-tech business units. - **Variance Analysis:** Deliver accurate and timely monthly variance analysis with actionable commentary on topline, margins, and operating performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams. - **Budgeting and Forecasting Support:** Partner with the Manager to deliver annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning inputs with robust financial models. - **Investment & Initiative Support:** Assist with the creation and tracking of strategic investment cases and high-impact growth initiatives. - **Analytics Excellence:** Collaborate to elevate financial storytelling and insights for faster decision-making. - **Automation:** Streamline reporting workflows and partner with Systems Analyst to improve automation and accuracy. - **Collaboration & Development:** Work closely with FP&A colleagues, Controllership, and business leads to align BU priorities with group objectives. **Job Requirements:** - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. - Bring 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in Telco or services industries. - Demonstrate strong skills in management reporting, variance analysis, and financial storytelling. - Possess expert financial modeling skills, dashboard and presentation design skills, and hands-on experience with FP&A systems and ERP. - Be hands-on, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments.
