How will you make an impact in this role

• Product Ownership experience [preferred]

• Ability to build strong relationships, operate effectively within large cross-functional teams, and influence business partners to drive transformational change

• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables at once and prioritize appropriately

• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and design industry leading solutions

• Understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and experience effectively managing a backlog of competing initiatives [preferred]

• Work with process owners to understand the existing process and redesign the same, support operations team or be part of a complex process that requires in depth domain knowledge

• Is responsible for and ensures compliance and regulatory requirements of the process

• Independently handles customers/stakeholders for any queries/escalations

• Independently handles issues in projects (Incident Management) and drive solution across multiple stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Finance related role

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in project/program management role
