Senior Finance Supervisor

As an applicant for this role, you will be responsible for verifying transaction flows and ensuring accurate GL posting in accordance with accounting standards and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing AP/AR functions and ensuring timely balance clearance before the year-end. - Ensuring timely reconciliation of transactions and bank statements with updated ledgers. - Providing technical accounting support on IFRS topics such as leases, FX, and consolidation. - Developing and reporting financials, budget, and forecasts in coordination with plant teams. - Reviewing and ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financials for entities. - Preparing financial presentations for senior management and board-level reviews. - Ensuring timely monthly closing for entity Holding and subsidiaries. - Collaborating with Corporate Finance to streamline and close month-end processes. - Performing financial analysis and providing variance justifications to management. - Monitoring financial metrics and advising on actions to improve group profitability. - Supporting the development of strong local banking relationships. - Implementing service agreements and corporate timesheet systems for chargebacks. - Assisting in audits, ensuring timely completion and action on audit findings. - Liaising with outsourced accounting firms for coordination and process alignment. - Providing support in budget preparation and analysis.
