Job Description

**Job Description:** As the Emerging Markets Senior Finance Leader, you will be part of the Finance Business Partner team within our International Business Unit. Reporting solid lines into the International SVP Finance (SFO) and a dotted line into the Region Head, you will collaborate closely with business leaders across the Region to provide dedicated and insightful financial analysis to help the Business Unit achieve its financial objectives. Exceptional communication, trust-building, and partnering skills are essential as a member of the Region Leadership Team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the lead SFO for India and Emerging Markets - Act as a proactive business partner with the local leadership team in addressing financial and business issues and supporting timely decision-making - Manage relationships with local board members, external auditors, and tax authorities for statutory purposes - Analyze business unit expenses and trends, prepare reports, and provide business result synopses to management - Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing direction, feedback, coaching, and prioritization - Oversee financial information preparation, reporting, and analysis for Region operations, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly result reviews - Conduct monthly financial reviews with business unit leadership, highlighting key trends, variances, strengths, and weaknesses - Provide actionable analysis of revenue, customers, product lines, operating costs, profitability, and capital projects to support decision-making - Lead pricing strategy and execution, evaluating product profitability, and preparing annual budgets - Develop business cases for capital expenditures and other key initiatives - Support commercial planning and analysis, including revenue recognition and contract/pricing reviews - Anticipate business needs, understand key business drivers, and industry trends - Identify, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team of professionals **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified Chartered Accountant - Minimum 18 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience with full P&L management - At least 8 years of experience in pricing strategy and supporting sales or revenue-generating teams - Demonstrated success in leading a team of finance professionals - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels - Flexibility to travel locally and internationally when required **Additional Details:** As part of the Equifax Global Finance and Operations Organization, you will collaborate with global Finance and Ops teams to implement advanced cloud-based financial analytics.
