This Position reports to:
Accounting & Reporting Manager - General
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the ELBA in INDIA.You will be mainly accountable for:Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with GA Payroll Accounting team .
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have minimum of 8+ years of experience in General Accounting & Payroll Accounting.
- Should have Strong Payroll Accounting knowledge in SAP along with WORKDAY.
- Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions ( ECC6 & S4 Hana )
- Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies.
- Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders.
- Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing.
- Multi-Tasking performance.
- Ready to accept New Challenges.
- Should have experience in Payroll Transition Process.
- Handling month end book closing activities.
- Handling Audit Quires.
- Recommend changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities. Identifying areas for process / report standardization across different countries.
- Flexible to work in any shifts.
