Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Finance Administrator with 4 to 9 years of experience in finance administration, specifically in Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and AP processes. This position is based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Review, validate, and process Accounts Payable invoices ensuring compliance with company policies.
Accurately match invoices to purchase orders and other source documents.
Oversee AP workflows and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Utilize Oracle Fusion ERP for financial transactions and reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Monitor and manage new vendor onboarding and activation processes, maintaining vendor records and communicating with stakeholders.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare/analyze AP reports for management review.
Lead or contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within the finance team.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in finance administration with a focus on Accounts Payable.
Mandatory experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Proficiency in AP processes and financial systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of English proficiency, both verbal and written.
