Job Description

Identify, target, and acquire new clients from residential, commercial, or corporate segments. Present product features, benefits, and custom solutions to architects, interior designers, builders, or end clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business. Leverage cold calling, site visits, referrals, and local networking to generate leads and convert them into sales. Understand client pain points and recommend personalized product solutions. Propose add-ons or upgrades to increase order value (upselling/cross-selling). Identify new market segments or partnership opportunities with architects, contractors, or builders. Cover assigned geographic areas effectively and ensure daily field visits and client interactions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, client feedback, and competitor movement. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Keep track of market trends, pricing, and customer behavior to inform strategies.
