Senior Field Executive

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Field Sales Executive to join our team and help us reach more homes and businesses with our technology-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients (homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers) to promote and sell home automation products.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a customer-friendly manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for installations and after-sales support.
• Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM software.
• Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in home automation, electronics, real estate, or interiors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandatory: Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
