We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Senior Field Executives to join our growing team in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: Actively involved in daily field operations, including client, vendor meetings, merchandising, and client servicing. Onboard and manage relationships with partner restaurants/vendors. Ensure menu accuracy, pricing, images, and availability updates on the platform. Coordinate with delivery/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Resolve escalations and service issues related to orders, deliveries, or customer complaints. Analyze data to track performance metrics and suggest improvements. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for local promotions and campaigns. Conduct quality checks and regular follow-ups with vendors for service standards. Conduct regular market visits to gather insights, assess competition, and ensure brand visibility. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics) to align field execution with company strategies. Prepare and present reports on field performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or vendor management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online tools/platforms. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
