What you will do here Understanding the client's needs and their individual individuality and product range Guiding clients on the current collec¢ons, colour op¢ons, styles, that will suit the client's preferences Selling merchandise and increasing sales for the company. Believes and lives the a¢tude of Sheer customer delight go beyond Live the ownership mentality looks for areas to contribute on factors impac¢ng overall store performance create a niche for the store in the vicinity Work coopera¢vely with equals or other team members to set responsibili¢es Share informa¢on, ideas and sugges¢ons to accomplish mutual goals Genera¢ng sale reports and relling stock by coordina¢ng with concerned team members What you must have At least 2 years of relevant work experience in mul¢ brand shoe stores Enthusias¢c, presentable and must have fashion sense Good opera¢ons experience receiving stock, inventory keeping etc. Must have knowledge of footwear space and selling techniques Excellent communica¢on, sales, and customer service skills.
