Role Overview:

As a Senior Fashion Consultant at House of Fett, you are not just a salesperson you are the face of a luxury experience. You will curate looks, inspire confidence, and bring alive the brand's aesthetic in every client interaction. This role is about elevating retail from transaction to transformation, blending storytelling, styling, and service with a touch of finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Styling & Experience:

Create memorable, high-touch styling sessions that reflect each client's individuality. Offer complete wardrobe consultations, helping clients express sophistication through House of Fett's collections.

Sales & Performance:

Consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs through personalized engagement, cross-selling, and cultivating strong repeat clientele.

Brand Representation:

Embody the House of Fett aesthetic poised, polished, and passionate. Uphold visual merchandising and store display standards that reflect the brand's luxury essence.

Team Support & Mentorship:

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and lead by example. Mentor junior consultants in styling, clienteling, and sales techniques.

Event & Client Relations:

Participate in in-store events, designer previews, and trunk shows. Build meaningful relationships with high-value clients, influencers, and stylists to enhance brand visibility.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain impeccable inventory accuracy, billing discipline, and adherence to House of Fett's client service SOPs.

Candidate Profile:

24 years of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail (women's wear preferred).

Exceptional styling sense, product knowledge, and understanding of fabrics, fits, and silhouettes.

Strong grooming, refined communication, and the ability to connect with sophisticated clientele.

A self-driven personality with a flair for fashion trends, luxury aesthetics, and people interaction.

Confidence in handling premium clients and upselling through subtle persuasion and storytelling.
