Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and talented Mens Wedding Consultant & Designer with a flair for styling, in-house sales expertise, and CRM knowledge. The ideal candidate will provide personalized styling solutions for grooms and wedding parties while driving sales and ensuring excellent client experience. A confident and attractive personality is essential to build trust and rapport with high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their style preferences, wedding theme, and budget. Design and curate mens wedding attire, including sherwanis, suits, tuxedos, and accessories. Provide styling guidance for groomsmen and close family members. Manage in-house sales activities, including upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets. client interactions, manage leads, and follow up on sales opportunities. Coordinate with tailors, fabric suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output. Handle client fittings, alterations. Stay updated on men’s fashion trends, fabrics, accessories, and wedding styling ideas. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Competencies: Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills Trend-aware with a keen sense of fashion and styling Team collaboration and coordination Problem-solving and adaptability Required Qualifications & Skills Education: 12th pass / Graduate (Fashion Design, Textile Design, or relevant field preferred) Experience: 5+ years in retail Industry. Strong knowledge of fabrics, cuts, styles, and contemporary men’s fashion. Hands-on experience in in-house sales and client management.
