Senior Farm Manager

City Greens is seeking passionate and experienced Farm Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our client farms. The role is hands-on and critical to ensuring smooth functioning of hydroponic and polyhouse-based farms.

You will be responsible for:

• 
  Managing end-to-end farm operations – including production planning, crop scheduling, and quality control.

• 
  Overseeing polyhouse and hydroponics systems for high-value vegetable crops.

• 
  Supervising and training farm labour to maintain productivity and operational discipline.

• 
  Monitoring farm inputs, irrigation, nutrient solutions, and climate control systems.

• 
  Ensuring optimal yields, profitability, and compliance with client expectations.

• 
  Coordinating with City Greens’ central team for reporting, data tracking, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in farm management, preferably with hydroponics, protected cultivation, or high-value vegetable crops.

• 
  Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of polyhouse operations, crop cycles, and nutrient management.

• 
  Leadership Skills: Ability to manage labour teams, allocate resources, and solve on-ground challenges.

• 
  Problem-Solving: Hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot operational and technical issues.

• 
  Reporting: Familiarity with basic farm data recording, reporting, and monitoring tools.

• 
  Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at client farm sites and manage end-to-end responsibilities.
