Senior Faculty

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Senior Faculty Member (Female) to teach and mentor students in paramedical disciplines such as Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Radiology, and related subjects. The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical knowledge, a passion for teaching, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality education and academic support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical and practical instruction in subjects related to MLT, Radiology, and other paramedical fields.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods in line with academic standards.
• Conduct lectures, lab sessions, seminars, and workshops for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Mentor students on academic progress, research projects, and career pathways.
• Prepare and evaluate examinations, assignments, and internal assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the paramedical field and integrate them into teaching.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and quality assurance activities.
• Guide students for NET/SET preparation and other academic competitions.
• Maintain academic records and contribute to accreditation and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (B.Sc / M.Sc) in MLT, Radiology, or related Paramedical field.
• M.Phil / Ph.D. preferred.

Certifications:

• Qualified in NET / SET (Mandatory).

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized paramedical or allied health institution.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong theoretical knowledge of paramedical subjects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor students academically.
• Proficient in using digital tools and e-learning platforms.
