Job Summary:

Senior Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all facilities.
Oversee day-to-day facility operations for commercial office spaces.
Coordinate and monitor vendor services including housekeeping, maintenance, pest control, and security.
Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues and maintain service standards.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective facility operations.
Maintain strong client relationships and handle client queries efficiently.
Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
Prepare periodic reports on facility performance, maintenance, and manpower utilization.
Coordinate between Kalyani Nagar and Viman Nagar locations as required.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
5–6 years of experience in facility management within commercial spaces.
Proven experience in
team handling
(especially housekeeping staff).
Strong client-handling and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and travel between sites as required.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work
