Job Description

As a Facility Engineer at JLL, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the engineering and maintenance requirements of the facility to ensure optimal performance and uptime of critical equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring 100% uptime of all critical equipment - Coordinating with vendors for AMC services - Monitoring all maintenance and related activities - Planning preventive maintenance of all installed equipment and ensuring closure through concerned vendors - Planning for an adequate stock of spares at the site for all critical equipment - Supporting event management-related activities with engineering support - Coordinating with the Property Management team on technical matters for smooth operations in client facilities - Implementing and monitoring energy conservation initiatives - Supporting the facility manager/chief engineer in preparing management reports - Reviewing trend analysis to identify areas of service improvement - Assisting in the performance assessment of technical vendors - Conducting training for the technical team - Coordinating with the landlord for technical matters - Validating PM and breakdown service reports - Maintaining an updated vendor escalation matrix - Providing assistance for Technical Audits for all installations at periodical intervals If this opportunity aligns with your career aspirations, we encourage you to apply as we value getting to know you and the unique skills you bring to the table.
