Job Description

Position:

Senior Façade Designer

Role Objective

Lead and direct the façade design team in delivering innovative, high-performance façade, glazing, and cladding solutions, ensuring technical integrity, quality, and timely delivery from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive façade design concepts and oversee complete project design processes.
Review, approve, and ensure compliance of all drawings with codes and standards.
Lead and mentor designers/engineers; coordinate with execution teams and clients.
Oversee quality control, performance testing, and implementation of innovative solutions.
Stay updated with latest façade technologies and integrate best practices.

Qualifications

Education: B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5-7 years in façade design with proven leadership in large projects.
Skills: Expert in CAD & façade design tools, strong knowledge of façade materials, systems, and codes.
