This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive, located in Surat. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, strategic planning, and decision-making. The role includes managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving business growth. The Senior Executive will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the company's objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and decision-making
• Proficiency in process optimization and business growth strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work on-site in Surat
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous
