Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive to lead our Training, Safety & Environment team at Asahi India Glass Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver environmental awareness campaigns.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to improve their performance.
Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training, safety, and environment management.
Strong understanding of glass manufacturing processes and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
