Job Description:-

Design, develop, and certify trainers on learning principles, facilitation, and coaching skills.

• Deliver communication and need-based training programs.

• Create and manage frameworks for capturing and sharing process knowledge.

• Improve access to information and streamline knowledge flow across tools and teams.

• Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with business units to address gaps.

• Provide consulting support for organization-wide training initiatives.

• Offer personalized coaching and feedback on communication skills.

• Tailor training content and delivery methods for diverse audiences.

• Monitor learner progress and provide ongoing support.

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address training-related issues.

• Research and implement advancements in learning technologies and instructional design.

• Govern and report on knowledge acquisition, transfer, and accreditation status.

• Coordinate with stakeholders on transition updates and training progress.
