Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing professional at our company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating effective sales plans, and ensuring execution excellence. Your primary focus will be on driving secondary sales within your designated territory and effectively managing budget planning for the respective area. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth - Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets - Emphasize execution excellence in all sales activities - Drive secondary sales within the assigned territory - Manage budget planning for the respective sales area Qualifications Required: - MBA in Sales & Marketing - 3 years of experience in Alco-Beverage sales OR more than 5 years of experience in consumer sales (FMCG or Telecom) - Strong knowledge and skills in client relationships, sales planning, execution excellence, and budget planning - Best suited for individuals who believe in perfection in execution, have the confidence to interact with people at all levels, are willing to spend a majority of their time in the market, enjoy conducting analysis, and excel at networking At our company, we value diversity and believe that it is a key enabler for our business growth.
