Job Summary:

Senior Executive Stores

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Receipt & Issue:

  Handle incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, raise GRNs, and issue materials to production as per requirements.

• Inventory Control:

  Update and maintain accurate stock records in ERP, conduct periodic cycle counts, and report variances.

• Documentation:

  Maintain store registers, bin cards, and ensure proper filing of receipts, issue slips, and invoices.

• ERP Operations:

  Enter stock transactions in ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and generate routine reports.

• Coordination:

  Liaise with procurement for pending supplies, production for material requirements, and quality team for inspections/approvals.

• Bin System & Housekeeping:

  Ensure proper storage, labeling, and bin management for mechanical/electronic components.

• Stock Audits:

  Assist in monthly/annual stock audits and provide reconciliations.

• Logistics & Vendor Support:

  Coordinate with transporters and vendors for timely deliveries and material movement.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Follow standard operating procedures, ensure safe handling/storage of materials, and maintain a clean warehouse environment.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with ERP software and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of material classification, bin system, and warehouse documentation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred).

Educational Background:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electronics or Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics.

Experience:

• 4-6 years

  of experience in stores/warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering industry.
