Position: Executive / Senior Executive Administration

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end administration operations across site locations.
Oversee
facility and visitor management
efficiently.
Supervise
housekeeping and cafeteria operations
to maintain hygiene and efficiency.
Ensure proper
maintenance of office facilities, buildings, and utilities
, including emergency/crisis management.
Handle
labor colony management
, ensuring availability of all basic amenities.
Allocate
labor sheds
as per site requirements.
Manage and maintain
conference and meeting halls
as per stakeholder requirements.
Verify and process
vendor bills
(SIM cards, electricity, fuel, office/warehouse/guesthouse rent, courier, security bills, etc.) for timely submission to Accounts.
Coordinate and organize
pooja activities
and other cultural events at site locations.
Provide
vehicle support during medical emergencies
for employees and temporary staff.
Arrange
accommodation and food facilities
for employees and trainees.
Provide
administrative support for corporate events
and internal functions.
Coordinate
local and outstation transportation
, assigning duties to drivers and maintaining records.
Manage
guesthouse and service apartment arrangements
, including rental payments and agreement renewals.
Prepare and submit
monthly MIS reports
on administrative operations.
Monitor daily attendance
and support
recruitment coordination
activities.
Conduct
regular site visits
and provide feedback on admin operations to the HR Head.
