Job Description

Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key community leaders of Cultural Associations, RWAs, and other relevant groups. Manage community engagement by effectively executing agreed-upon event formats and sponsorship activations. Generate genuine interest and excitement for Arya Insurance Plans within targeted communities. Ensure Right Execution Daily (RED) and strictly adhere to P-100 Program Guidelines for all activities. Oversee correct activation and closures at both individual and channel levels, ensuring seamless customer onboarding. Deliver on monthly targets for both input activities and output results. Requirements and Skills: Graduate Degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales (B2C, B2B, or both). Preferred experience includes insurance or financial products and services. Keen interest in Healthcare and Health Insurance. Passion for new business initiatives and a proactive approach to market development. A natural knack for sales and effectively positioning an idea to diverse audiences. Highly creative with proven experience in identifying and targeting specific audiences. Good communication skills , both written and verbal. Proficient in using CRM and analytical tools to track progress and gather insights.
