Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients including hospitals, clinics, doctors, and corporate organizations.
  • Promote lab tests, wellness packages, and specialized services to generate business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns as required.
  • Coordinate with operations and lab teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the reporting manager.
  • Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support in organizing CMEs, marketing events, and outreach programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
