Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive at Prabal Motors Pvt Ltd located in Palladam. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing overall performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role involves coordinating with different departments, upholding quality assurance standards, and providing leadership and guidance to team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

• Operational Planning and Execution, Quality Assurance, and Performance Monitoring experience
• Communication, Collaboration, and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving and Process Improvement abilities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively across various departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is preferable)
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
