Job Description

As a Franchise Manager at FYERS (Focus Your Energy and Reform Self), your role involves driving growth and managing the franchise network. You will play a crucial part in Partner Acquisition and Activation by conducting outreach activities to build a database of qualified leads, engaging with potential leads, and onboarding them as partners. Your responsibility will also include driving partner activation to generate business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Partner Acquisition and Activation: - Conduct outreach activities to build a database of qualified leads. - Engage with potential leads and onboard them as partners. - Drive partner activation to generate business impact. - Partner Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners. - Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners. - Performance and Target Management: - Set and monitor performance targets for partners, ensuring alignment with company goals. - Analyse partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to help partners achieve their targets and drive more leads. - Training and Support: - Provide training and resources to partners on products, sales techniques, and best practices. - Organize webinars, workshops, and other training sessions to enhance partner capabilities. - Offer ongoing support and guidance to partners, helping them navigate challenges and optimize their performance. - Collaboration and Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success) to align partner initiatives with company strategies. - Coordinate with the product team to communicate partner feedback and ensure product improvements meet partner needs. - Work closely with the activation team to drive customer activation through partner channels. - Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance and activities to senior management. - Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for partner programs. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in stock brokering and mutual funds. - Lead Generation & Onboarding: Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and successfully onboard new partners to drive business growth. - Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with partners. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective partner strategies. - Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address partner concerns effectively. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving targets and driving partner success.,
