Senior Executive - Operations and Service - About The Role
Senior Executive - Operations and Service
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve branch targets on key indicatorsCredit Metrics, Operations Metrics, and Gold Loan Metrics.

Train branch sales teams on policies and processes for Gold Loan, Consumer Durables, Vehicle Refinance, and other products as launched.

Ensure policy adherence and meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Deliver approval rates and other critical SLA deliverables for Gold Loan, Refinance Loan, Cross Sell, and CD business.

Perform checking and valuation of gold.

Oversee vaulting and safekeeping of gold, ensuring adherence to vaulting processes and policies.

Support branch cashier in resolving customer service queries.

Provide feedback to regional and head office authorities on credit and operations processes and policies on a regular basis.

Conduct data analysis and share best practices with the team.

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure mechanisms are in place for processing files within desired TAT.

Coordinate with various head office and cross-functional departments, and provide feedback.

Manage vendors (CPV / Gold Testing Vendor).

Ensure costs are within budget.

Support branch administrative activities.

Maintain minimal errors in audit reports published by head office.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate or Post Graduate (Fresher candidates can apply).

Good learner with strong conceptualization s.

Good team player.
