Senior Executive - Marketing (Urgent Requirement)

Note - We are an alternate Saturdays' half-day working organization.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Ideate

• Conceptualize and drive marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, sales tools, and content strategies.

Sales Enablement

• Lead impactful client presentations, brochures, and case studies.
• Work closely with business teams to deliver customized, high-quality collaterals that drive conversions.

Digital & Social Media

• Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging content and campaigns.
• Track analytics and suggest data-driven improvements to boost performance.

Research & Insights

• Conduct competitor benchmarking, sector scans, and trend analysis.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for campaigns and leadership decisions.

Creative Development & Vendor Management

• Work with designers, agencies, and vendors to bring ideas to life across digital and offline platforms.
• Ensure outputs are on-brand, timely, and impactful.

. Content Creation

• Write and edit blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with teams to highlight client success stories and organizational strengths.

Skills:

• Ability to think creatively and strategically while delivering high-quality execution.
• Strong research, analysis, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and writing ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); exposure to Canva/Photoshop a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing/brand roles.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Exposure to real estate, hospitality, or other customer-centric industries preferred.
