Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Retail and BF Quality Control (QC):

• Support retail QC reports and address related issues effectively.
• Analyze QC reports to identify areas of improvement and pinpoint defaulters.
• Streamline the Re-QC process to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Generate reports for QCed CNs and communicate variations to clients proactively.
• Inform the ground team about missed CNs to ensure corrective actions.

2. Corporate Quality Control (QC):

• Identify corporate clients for targeted QC activities.
• Enable and conduct QC processes, analyzing reports for insights.
• Implement VMeasure for improved quality control tracking and analysis.

3. Prevention of Revenue Leakage (Retail & BF):

• Prevent revenue leakage by ensuring accurate and thorough QC for all Retail and BF CNs.
• Monitor QC performance and implement corrective measures where necessary.

4. Corporate QC Project:

• Analyze corporate clients with significant deviations in QC performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand the root causes and develop solutions for improving client bookings and reducing discrepancies.

5. Reporting and Analysis of Dashboards:

• Completing all the assigned tasks well within TAT and without any delays.
• Analyzing the reports for all various task of QC

6. Weight Variance:

• Identify revenue leakage risks due to weight discrepancies and suggest preventive strategies.
