What this job involves:

Leading on-site operations

Overall water management as starting from source to discharge for the plant.

To Manage Operation, Maintenance & trouble shooting of Total water management system such as raw water clarification, D.M. Plant, R.O Plant, Softening Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant etc.

Establishment of laboratory from initial stage including drawing, procurement of chemicals, equipment, instrument and recruitment of staff for laboratory
Routine Monitoring & controlling chemistry related issues for Physical , Chemical and Microbiological analysis of all type of feed water , Cooling water, Effluent water , Raw water ,D.M water, Soft water. Raw material analysis .Optimizing the performance of water treatment plants by generating quality of water , Status monitoring of Heat Exchanger, feed water tank , Condenser tubes relating water to avoid Scaling & Corrosion deposits. Bulk & Laboratories chemicals, Instruments procurement Inventory maintaining. Carrying independent chemical treatment for scale and corrosion inhibition in cooling water at higher cycles of Concentration. Supervision & Commissioning of Manual and Automatic operation - water treatment plants, & Cooling Towers. Safety & Environment Management Monitoring the quality of Bulk Chemicals like; Acid, Alkali, Salt, Boiler conditioning chemicals as well as Scale and Corrosion inhibitor chemicals.

Reduce Auxiliary of WTP by Monitoring, Control Operation . Reduce water consumption & heat losses by controlling blow down using proper testing & chemicals dosing to avoid scaling & corrosion
Complete knowledge of water testing and analysis procedure according to ASTM and ISO standard.

Expert in in-process chemical adjustment and optimization, prevention of scaling and corrosion, chemical cleaning, blast blow and equipment performance tests . COD and BOD Analysis In waste water.

Good at scheduling, organization, coordination, training, communication and collaboration.

Preferable Involve in Expansion water treatment plant erection, commissioning and Operation of Pretreatments, R.O Plant, D.M Plant, Effluent Treatment Plants and stabilized the plant.
