Job Description

Handle inside sales and marketing activities for electronic products.
Manage customer interactions, inquiries, and lead generation through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients.
Maintain and update customer data using MS Excel / CRM software.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order processing and dispatches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with focus on revenue growth.
Support marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: MBA / BBA / B.Com / BA / B.Sc / Diploma / Graduate.
Experience: 5- 8 years (electronics/electrical industry sales & marketing preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 20,000 35,000 per month + incentives & perks.
Cab services (pick-up & drop) available (optional).
