Senior Executive - Human Resources.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating MIS, dashboards, and datacuts as per group requirements. You will gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation, and benefits, as well as calculate retention, turnover, and internal mobility rates. Additionally, you will be closely involved in formalizing productivity exercises. Your role will also involve facilitating compensation and HRMS plans, ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with regulations, and conducting ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices. You will consolidate employee benefits across all India verticals, assist in the roll-out and implementation of HRMS (Phase II), and create increment models for the vertical in alignment with the Group's Reward Philosophy.
